If you are like me you are in the process of de-cluttering, going through toys, cleaning out the closet and trying to simplify. Below you will find a list of places where you can donate these items. Both of these groups help, and are in, our own community. Happy cleaning!
Crisis Center:
used cell phones
storage tubs
any kitchen items
utensils
drinking cups
pots, pans etc
towels
kitchen towels
dish cloths
pillows
sheets (all sizes)
fans
*Other items may be donated to Community Thrift located at 4th and Main. The Crisis Center gives vouchers to be used there.
Amen Ministery
Anything that you would need if your house were to burn down, including clothes. If you want to donate to Amen Ministries call 402-909-3007 to arrange for a time to drop the items off. They have a building behind the skating rink at 1925 E. 8th Street.
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and exists to encourage, equip, and help women become the best moms that they can be! We share our experiences, learn from one another, and support each other. MOPS is a wonderful place to build friendships!
